Amber's story

It is extremely hard to put down someone's story when they are no longer with us. The amount of hurt and pain that has been felt by her loss is a true testament to how special of a person she was and how many people she had a lasting positive effect on. In short, Amber fell in love with someone who was not capable of love. Amber spent the better half of her teen/adult life chasing this love. When she decided she deserved better she left him. He silently stalked her and when he realized he could no longer control her or use his narcissism to win her back, he then made a decision that would forever change both of their lives. She had moved on and found happiness only to have that happiness taken away from her by him. He took her life then took his own. “Realizing I deserve better changed everything” is a true statement. Good and Bad. Amber had so much more life to live. Amber brightened everyone’s day when she came into the room. She was beautiful inside and out. Although Amber is no longer with us, her memory will continue to help others who are or potentially could be survivors of domestic violence……
